Buy it, try it, and if you don't like it or it doesn’t look as good as you wanted, send it back!
You have 14 days from your order delivery date to change your mind and return your item.
Remember that the products must be in perfect condition:
- Make sure that the item has no use marks and no visible damage;
- Make sure that the item is returned with the original label and, if applicable, brand accessories;
- Always with the original box.
To return your order:
1. Place the products inside the original brand box, and then inside the Overcube box;
2. Stick the return label* on the outside of the box, replacing the shipping label previously used;
*this label is sent inside the shipping box, if you have not received it, please contact us!
3. As soon as the item you wish to return is ready, deliver the package to the nearest pick up point of the delivery company.
Once these steps are taken, sit back and relax. After your parcel has been collected from the drop-off point your refund shouldn't take longer than 10 working days to be processed back into the original payment method.
Please note that this estimate time refers to the refund process itself. Depending on your payment method it take can take a few extra days for the amount to show on your bank statement.
Once the item you have returned has reached us, we will process your refund back into the original payment method. Please note that, depending on your bank, the amount may take a few days to be visible on your account.
Only your item amount will be refunded - shipping costs will be refunded only in exceptional cases such as: the item shipped is damaged or does not match what you have ordered.

This process may take up to 10 business days after the order has been collected from the drop-off point.
