To return your order through a drop-off point, simply follow these steps:
- Place the items inside the original brand box, and then inside the ASPORTUGUESAS box;
- Stick the return label on the outside of the ASPORTUGUESAS box (please cover or remove the previously used shipping label)
- Check which carrier delivered your package and use the return label, provided inside the ASPORTUGUESAS box, to return it through the nearest drop-off point. Make sure you keep the tracking number from the return label, as it can be used as proof of shipping of your return.
After your item is ready to be shipped, take your parcel at the nearest drop-off point.
