Your order will be delivered on working days from 9am to 6pm. To receive your order please make sure that someone is at the delivery address. During promotional periods, delivery time may be longer than usual.
During national or local holidays our and warehouse and stores may be closed, so they will not be considered "working days" for the purposes of order delivery time.
If you are unable to track your parcel, please do contact us, so that we can follow up with the carrier.
